WE ARE.

We are a small italian business family located in Spain. This journey began when we decided it was time to muzzle train our boy Olaf; being brachycephalic, we soon realize we had to go for a custom muzzle because the off the shelf were too wide, too tight, always black and they made him look mean.

His -and ours- first muzzle was the Pride, still in the shop nowadays. From then on, new muzzles take the name of the dog for which the order has arrived.

All muzzles are totally handmade and we are ready to find a solution for those dog owners struggling with the right muzzle for their furry family member.

WE DO.

Since our muzzles are exclusively handmade, we proudly can say that they are eco friendly, no machinery is used in the production phase. Small imperfections cannot be considered as “defect” but as the proof of artisan handcrafted items.

We use Original Biothane® Coated Webbing in different sizes, stainless steel or metal studs in different colors, and three different locking system: colored plastic fast release side clasp, metal fast release side clasp and belt type buckle matching the studs.

We offer further personalisation with our Decorative Charms page, where you can choose two decoration totally free of charge to have a unique piece, our craftsman will put them in the proper position.

EVERY MUZZLE WILL BE DELIVERED WITH SOME REPLACEMENT HARDWARE. YOU CAN FIND IN THE TIP AND TRICKS PAGE THE EASY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINAL ADJUSTMENTS TO FIT IT PERFECTLY TO YOUR DOG.

PATENTS:

By purchasing a Trufflemuzzle you are not buying “only” a muzzle but also the result of research and development for the comfort and safety of your dog, in fact we are the first and only manufacturer to patent and introduce on the market a new more stable and safe BioThane muzzle model, with extended protective sides that we call “wings” especially suitable for outdoor and sporting activities, with this model muzzle keeps its position avoiding to twist around the snout, it allows to give more pant room than normal muzzles and it is virtually impossible for the dog to pull it out.

Our other patent for BioThane muzzles is the extendable adjustment of the muzzle chin strap. These two patents are also clearly identifying our brand and products in the market.

And last but not least, Trufflemuzzles is a registered trademark.

We deliver all over the world using international courier, or if you prefer, you can collect your items directly in our warehouse, in both cases being handcrafted items please allow us at least 4 to 5 weeks to have your muzzle ready to ship. If your Country isn’t listed, please contact us.
