Product display and colors

This Site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches at 100% the real product color. Note that the display of color may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Order acceptance and confirmation

All orders placed through the Site will be subject to our control for acceptance and confirmation of the order.

When you submit an order to us on the Site, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order (“Acknowledgement Email”). You should check this email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors.

Please note that the Acknowledgement Email does not mean that your order has been accepted.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the goods have been dispatched to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).

Under no circumstances will be produced oversized items, they will result dangerous for the dog safety and people or animals around him.

Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery to you provided payment has been made in full. The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such goods has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

In the event that you place two orders or more in the same day, and you contact us, we will make every attempt to combine the two orders together to save you on shipping charges. If you fail to notify us in a timely manner that you have placed two or more different orders, your orders will probably be processed separately.

Hardware:

Choosing colored hardware (gold, rose gold, black, burnished, brass) you acknowledge you are purchasing steel rivets and locking system. The colored steel rivets can fade and rust, with time and continued contact with wet environment. We partially solved this issue by using, in the internal side of the muzzle, stainless steel rivet heads, to prevent direct contact of the mouth with rust. We also offer stainless steel and titanium options, only in silver and rainbow.

Liability: Use products safely

It is the responsibility of the buyer to use all products safely and as they were designed.

Biothane muzzles are soft muzzles and while they do help diminish the opportunity and damage from some bites, a determined biter may fold the muzzle into their mouth on contact with their target and still be able to bite. This can occur with still objects, like a ball or a stick, it’s more complicated with a moving dog during a fight. Anyway, by purchasing a muzzle you acknowledge that you are aware of the inherent risks of dog ownership and you release TRUFFLEMUZZLES from any accident or injury that occurs during the use of one of our products.

Paying for your order

Payment for all goods, either by credit or debit card, will be taken from your card at the time we receive your order using PayPal platform, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Any payment made to us will be refunded if we do not accept your order.

You may pay for your order with a debit card or major credit card, by using PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo.

Shipping

All orders placed on this Site are subject to production and production time and will be shipped according to our Site shipping terms. In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via e-mail and/or phone (as provided in our site) within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Custom fees disclaimer:

TRUFFLEMUZZLES products are made and shipped from Spain, (Europe). Custom agreements exists between countries (i.e.EU/UK – USA). However, each Country has its own rules and regulations on import fees and handling duties. This is unfortunately out of TRUFFLEMUZZLE’s control and part of importing an item into your country. Please look into your Country’s regulations on importing goods from the EU for more information.

Return Policy

Being tailored and personalized items, all sales made through this Site are not subject to Return. Under no circumstances we will be responsible for the measurements provided by the customer as we are not required to check if they correspond to the physiognomy of the dog due to the large number of breeds and mixes, limiting ourselves to adding the space necessary for the perfect fit of the muzzle and for the breathing of the dog. dog.

Errors in measurements are to be considered the sole responsibility of the customer and therefore non-refundable but we are available to try to solve this problem if possible, at the customer’s expense, including shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

If after production results that we made a mistake and the customer claims for another muzzle, we can ask to return the wrong one (at our expenses), before starting the production of a new one unless we decide to leave the wrong piece to the customer, in both cases it will be stated by mail.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We use to add insurance to each shipping and in any case, using PayPal your purchase is covered by insurance as well but only one can be claimed by the customer, or the one of the carrier or the one from PayPal.

Written communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be written. When using the Site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email.

For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE OF ACTION INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT OR PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR MISREPRESENTATION EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
